Kids Helpline @ School Expands to High Schools

Kids Helpline @ School is a program that provides vital support to primary school students in Australia. Now, there is good news for high school students as well. The Bupa Foundation, as the main partner of Kids Helpline, has pledged $300,000 in funding for a new high school program. Additionally, they will also offer further support for the primary school program due to the growing demand. This expansion is important as around 70% of young people seeking help from Kids Helpline are in high school. The program aims to address various concerns such as mental health, wellbeing, relationships, bullying, and suicide/self-harm. Through a free online booking system, high school classrooms can connect with Kids Helpline counselors. To access this support, high school teachers can visit schools.kidshelpline.com.au
